OneBlade razor purchased by consumers directly from OneBlade carry our limited warranty:

WHO IS COVERED?

This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift.

WHAT IS COVERED/FOR HOW LONG:

Unless a different warranty period is stated in the owner’s guide provided with your OneBlade product, our razors are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. OneBlade warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a OneBlade authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship and will continue to function properly, and as designed.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. This warranty does not ensure the razor color or coating or finish will continue to maintain its original appearance or condition. This warranty does not cover basic scratches or damage due to dropping or misuse of the razor.

WHAT WE WILL DO:

During the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO:

Pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes. Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.

WHAT YOU MUST DO TO OBTAIN LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICE:

Return product, with proof of purchase from an authorized OneBlade dealer, using the following procedures:

  1. Contact the OneBlade organization in your country/region (send an email to info@OneBladeShave.com for OneBlade contact information in your country/region) for specific return and shipping instructions;
  2. Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by the OneBlade organization in your country; and
  3. Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the carton. Cartons not bearing a return authorization number, where required, will be refused.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ONEBLADE CORPORATION’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ONEBLADE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.

OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS:

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some places do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Buying from unauthorized dealers can be risky. Unless the dealer provides a receipt showing purchase from an authorized dealer, the products carry no warranty from OneBlade. Moreover, products purchased from unauthorized dealers may be counterfeit or stolen goods, and if you attempt to resell such products, you may be subject to significant civil liability and/or criminal penalties.
